Loyd Wallace, Founder and Owner of L A Consulting Services,
has over 40 years of experience in trucking.
During those 40 plus years he has held jobs as and been responsible for;
1. Truck Driver and small fleet owner. He still holds his Commercial Drivers License.
2. Dispatcher, Terminal Manager and Operations Manager.
3. Safety positions for several companies, including Vice President for one of the
top 10 ranked companies in the United States.
4. Risk Management, including analysis of losses, insurance coverages and
purchasing of Insurance.
5. Claims and Litigation Management, as an insured, with large deductibles and as a
self-insured, for all lines of coverage, including hiring and supervising Attorneys.
6. Training Programs, both office personnell and drivers, including new driver Truck
Driving Schools, Company Orientations, specialized training and re-training.
7. Compliance for all governmental agencies, Federal, State and Local. this includes
FMCSA (DOT), OSHA, all Human Resource and Benefit areas, and even local
Building Codes.
8. Responsible for revising and/or creating and implementing programs, policies and
procedures, including those for hiring and supervising of all employees, not just
drivers.
9. Maintenance, property and equipment management.
10. Accident Investigation and Reconstruction.
11. Expert Witness, including testimony, analysis, or reports for attorneys.
